According to TV Guide, Sasha Grey will play herself and meet Vince (Adrian Grenier) in a bar and become his longterm girlfriend, partially based on the relationship Charlie Sheen had with porn star Ginger Lynn in the ’90s.
“Sasha’s the biggest porn star in the world right now, and when Soderbergh casts her as the lead of his movie (The Girlfriend Experience), I take notice,” Entourage creator Doug Ellin said. He added that he wouldn’t have pursued the plot point, if she’d turned down the role.
